I'm sure many of you San Antonians have already heard of this cool vegetarian spot downtown called Pharm Table but I just recently went for lunch and omg, it was awesome. I had been following their Instagram account for a few weeks and would just drool over the beautiful photos they posted of their dishes and drinks until I finally made it out there. All of Pharm Table's food is locally sourced, vegetarian, carefully and thoughtfully created and super delicious. Here are a few pics:
We ordered the Ginger meal starter which is supposed to cleanse your palette so you can fully enjoy the medley of flavors in your dish. They were a little bitter and sour but super tasty.
I ordered the Kitchari (the hummus in it was probably one of the best i've tried) and Giray ordered the Farm to Table Tacos. The tacos were good but the best out of the 3 was the carrot one, it was amazing and surprisingly delicious! Since it was our first time we wanted to order something else to try so we added the zucchini soup (I loved how they served the soup in a big gourd).
The food was great, a little pricey but definitely worth it as it's all organic and locally sourced aaaaand it's always a good thing to support your local farms and businesses. If you guys decide to check it out, here is the address. Happy eating!
